1. General Service Usage
MyLink WiFi provides high-speed hotspot internet access for personal use.
By purchasing a voucher or package, you agree to use the internet for legal purposes only.
We reserve the right to terminate access if the service is used for any illegal activities, hacking, or spamming.
2. Packages and Payments
We offer a variety of prepaid hotspot packages designed for your needs. Once a package is purchased and activated, the validity period starts immediately.
Current Packages:
Daily Pack: 3 Mbps | ৳10 (Valid for 1 Day)
3 Day's Pack: 3 Mbps | ৳20 (Valid for 3 Days)
Five Days Pack: 3 Mbps | ৳30 (Valid for 5 Days)
Weekly Pack: 3 Mbps | ৳40 (Valid for 7 Days)
Rocket Plan: 5 Mbps | ৳80 (Valid for 15 Days)
Bullet Plan: 5 Mbps | ৳100 (Valid for 20 Days)
Supper Saver: 5 Mbps | ৳150 (Valid for 30 Days)
Note: Prices and speeds are subject to change based on company policy.
3. User & Device Policy
Single User Policy: All our packages are designed for a Single User/Device. You cannot share your login credentials with multiple users simultaneously.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your voucher code or login credentials confidential. MyLink WiFi is not responsible for data loss due to shared passwords.
4. Refund Policy
Since our services are prepaid and digital, no refunds will be issued once a voucher is active or a package has been used.
If a transaction fails but money is deducted (e.g., Bkash/Nagad), the amount will be refunded or adjusted within 3 working days upon verification.
5. Network Availability & Speed
We strive to provide Buffer-Free Internet and 24/7 Support. However, internet speed may vary depending on your device capability, distance from the router, and external factors like electricity outages or upstream provider issues.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP): While data volume is "Unlimited," we reserve the right to manage bandwidth to ensure fair speeds for all customers during peak hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyLink WiFi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our internet service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
